An Austrain whiskey (Top Shot) liquid liqueur centre in a milk chocolate shell.

Tia Maria Truffle

A light milk chocolate ganache flavoured with Tia Maria liqueur, hand rolled in milk chocolate and sprinkled with pink sugar.

Rum & Raisin

At the heart of this truffle is a pump raisin soaked in Bundaberg Rum, surrounded buy a smoth rum ganache, encosed in a dark shell and topped with another raisin.

Grand Marnier Liqueur

Cointreau Truffle

A smooth milk chocolate ganache flavoured with orange Cointreau liqueur in a white chocolate shell.

A smooth milk chocolate ganache flavoured with Baileys liqueur, hand rolled in milk chocolate and finished with a white filigree.

A classic smooth ganache generously flavoured with Brandy moulded in a dark chocolate shell.
